About these terms
These terms apply when you use Lozane, a WhatsApp-based business tool operated by Lozane Enterprise, registered in Buea, Cameroon (registration TPPRR/RC/BUA/2026/A/0194). By messaging the Lozane WhatsApp number or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.
What Lozane does
Lozane lets you record sales, stock, expenses and credit or debt notes by messaging a WhatsApp bot, and turns those messages into organised business records and summaries you can refer back to.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the information you send to Lozane — we organise what you tell us, we don't verify it.
- Keeping access to your WhatsApp number secure, since that's how your account is identified.
- Using Lozane lawfully, and not for fraudulent or deceptive record-keeping.
No financial or tax advice
Lozane is a record-keeping and business-intelligence tool. It does not provide financial, accounting, tax or legal advice, and nothing in the service should be treated as such. For financial or tax decisions, check with a qualified professional or the relevant authority, the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI).
Service availability
We aim to keep Lozane available and reliable, but it depends on WhatsApp and other third-party services we don't control, and may be unavailable from time to time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Cameroonian law, Lozane Enterprise is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of Lozane, including losses resulting from inaccurate records you entered, service interruptions, or decisions made using information from the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cameroon.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Lozane changes. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
